Reiki attunement? How can it be explained? Well “attunement” is not actually even a word. Just take a long look in the dictionary. No matter how hard you look you won’t find it. Also reiki does not exist in the eyes of science either. It is a kind of healing energy that comes from the invisible power of the universe, but it can not be measured by any scientific instruments known to science.
A reiki attunement has a noticeable, if not altogether powerful effect on people, for being something that does not exist in the eyes of our fact obsessed society.
Although I was a big sceptic, when I had my first reiki attunement I had to take a break. My legs turned into noodles. I had just had to laugh, and I really had to sit down.

Experiments in laboratories have been done. Although the actual energy causing the effect can not be measured, they found that the healing power of reiki registered direct effects in patients. Perhaps it is not important how it works as much as that it works.
A reiki attunement should not actually exist, and yet it does? There is a duality going on here. It can be real, and unreal, both at the same time.
Energy during a reiki attunement is invisible, when it is being transmitted. How is this?
Doesn’t it come out of the pure creative powers of our collective consciousness? Isn’t it derived from the quantum zero point field, where infinite possibilities are?
Not just reiki, but everything comes from there. All aspects of reality are born in this place. Every big, or little thing, you can think of. This means a reiki attunement is just as real or unreal as anything else.
A Quantum physicist would say that nothing is real until you begin to focus on it. This is what happens: everything begins as a wave. The wave function breaks down into particles at the point of observing it, and then becomes the reality of things that make up our universe.
We want reiki attunements to work so they do. We could make anything work from that quantum zero point field. There are endless possibilities.
